House Call Services
Joint manipulation
A quick, gentle pressure applied to a stiff or “stuck” joint to restore its normal motion. Most people feel an immediate release, sometimes accompanied by a painless “pop”, followed by easier, freer movement.
Soft-tissue release / IASTM (“scraping”)
Targeted massage of tight muscles and fascia using the hands or smooth stainless-steel tools. The controlled pressure breaks up knots and adhesions, improving circulation and easing soreness so tissues can heal and move smoothly.
Corrective and rehabilitation exercise programs (in-person or via tele-visit)
Custom exercise plans that retrain weak or imbalanced muscles, improve flexibility, and build stability. Done in the clinic and at home, they speed recovery and help prevent the problem from coming back.
Kinesiotaping
Elastic tape applied to the skin in specific patterns. It gently lifts the skin, reducing swelling and discomfort while supporting muscles and joints without limiting your range of motion.
Electrical stimulation
Small, painless electrical pulses delivered through adhesive pads placed on the skin. These pulses relax tight muscles, decrease pain signals, and enhance muscle action.
Nutrition and supplement counseling (in-person or via tele-visit)
Personalized advice on everyday eating habits and evidence-based supplements that support recovery, reduce inflammation, and enhance overall well-being.
Workplace and ergonomic evaluations (in-person or via tele-visit)
A detailed look at how you sit, stand, and move during work. Simple adjustments to desk height, chair support, or daily habits can relieve strain and prevent future aches.
Ordering diagnostic imaging and laboratory tests (in-person or via tele-visit)
When needed, the clinic can arrange X-rays, MRIs, or bloodwork to get a clearer picture of what’s going on inside and guide the most effective treatment plan.
Dry needling (COMING SOON)
A very thin, solid needle inserted into tight muscle “trigger points.” The brief insertion relaxes the knot and relieves deep-seated pain, similar in feel to acupuncture but focused on musculoskeletal issues.
